Neil Lambie is the New Zealand Representative for The International College of Hotel Management.
New Zealand students planning a career in international hotel management will inevitably
discover that the most suitable qualification for them may only be available overseas. Just as many students from the British Isles and other European countries think of doing
no other than seeking their primary hotel management qualification at a Swiss Hotel Association
training school in Switzerland, so an increasing number of New Zealanders are taking advantage
of the Swiss Hotel Association now having a hotel management school in Adelaide. The International College of Hotel Management is a fully accredited tertiary learning
institution located in Adelaide. and sponsored jointly by the Government of South Australia
and the Swiss Hotel Association.
Students completing the ICHM three year double Diploma course may continue for a further
thirty weeks of study to qualify for the ICHM Bachelor of International Hotel Management Degree. Further options available to students completing the ICHM double Diploma course are the University
of South Australia Bachelor of Business (Hospitality and Tourism) Degree, or the Oxford Brookes
University BSc (Hons) (Hotel and Restaurant Management) Degree and the Oxford Brookes MBA (Hospitality)
Degree followed by the Oxford Brookes University MSc (International Hotel Management) Degree.
The ICHM is the only hotel management school outside Europe awarding the Swiss Hotel Association
Diploma of International Hotel Management. For a current prospectus and other relevant information, please contact Neil.
